One entry ticket gives you access to five museums, all housed under one roof! The museum building is situated just below the waterfall in the centre of Kongsberg. Conducted tours last for approximately 30-45 minutes. Museums are wheelchair friendly.

The Norwegian Mining Museum
This section of the museum will give you a thorough introduction to the history of the Norwegian mining industry. The museum is also proud to display one of the largest collections of raw-silver in the world.

Kongsberg Ski Museum
Extensive collection of equipment and prizes won by famous Kongsberg sports competitors, such as the Ruud-brothers. More than 5000 trophies are exhibited here, including 7 olympic medals.

The Royal Norwegian Mint Museum
The collection gives a good insight into the coinage of past centuries: Comprises coins from the silver dollar of Christian IV to the current nickel coins and medals from the Great Nordic War to the Nobel Peace Prize of today.

Kongsberg Industry Museum
This museum opened June 2000 and presents the industrial history of Kongsberg, dating from 1814 and up to the present time.
